Nature Reserves and Sites - Strategy 2025-2030

We manage four nature reserves and sites across Alderney, as well as undertaking practical management in many other areas of the island, for example to maintain footpaths or control invasive species.

We have produced the Reserves and Sites Management Strategy 2025-2030, detailing our plans for the next 5-years. For more information on each site, click the links at the bottom of the page.

The new Reserves and Sites Management Strategy 2025-2030

We have drafted our next five-year strategy for our nature reserves and sites and are in the process of reviewing feedback prior to publishing at the end of the year.

Our overarching goals we hope to achieve in the next 5 years are:

1. Champion, 2. Study, 3. Protect
